Booster shots might soon be recommended for immunocompromised individuals, but so far there is no uniform guidance or authorization concerning boosters for the majority of people who have been either fully vaccinated with two doses of Moderna or Pfizer or a single dose of J&J.
"The likelihood of someone in the U.S. experiencing heart inflammation after being vaccinated against the virus is 1.6 cases out of every 100,000 doses. When comparing that to COVID-19-related deaths, out of every 100,000 coronavirus cases, 248 infected people will die." More info here.
